1-to-1 soul guiding sessions and session-series are for deepening your personal process.

Life transits and rites of passage usher in waves of change, challenge and transformation. Commissioning a session or session-series of 1-to-1 soul-guided counsel and reflection offer ‘inner compass’ navigational support for these times: breathing space for exploring new perspectives, possibilities and potentials, and space for letting go of what simply no longer serves, or is holding your back from living your life fully, and wholeheartedly.

What to expect in a 1-to-1 session

Guiding at depth, I work with a variety of navigational systems and intuitive skills honed over decades. These include cosmology, astrology, navigation, neuroscience, new sciences, alchemy & tarot as well as the subtle arts of sourcing, deep listening, witnessing and presence.

One-off sessions are welcomed and transformative, whilst session-series are highly recommended for tracking and onward travel.
