What arises in you NOW as you engage with and embrace this moment, this pause…?

Are there questions…knowings…not-knowings…contractions…deepenings…openings?

Is there calm, or turbulence…?

 

Are you waiting for something ‘else’ to happen…or, is there a feeling, a longing for something currently out of view, out of reach, awakening……?

What is becoming alive and present within this pause…? What is stirring at depth, in your heart…?

 

And, what if such pauses were:

giving time…for widening, deepening, opening;

giving space…for meandering, pondering, journeying;

giving breadth…for bandwidth, expansion, unfurling;

giving depth…for seeking, surrendering, composting………
